Food Hygiene legislation requires all food handlers to receive appropriate supervision and be instructed and/or trained in food hygiene, to enable them to handle food safely.
We run regular Basic Food Hygiene training courses in cooperation with South Nottingham College which are recommended for all the people working in the Food & Drink industry.

For our members living in areas with postcodes starting from NG1 to NG9 the cost of training is £25. Dates vary from month to month so if you're interested please call our office.
